Let’s start with the queen. La Pelosa is regularly ranked among the most beautiful beaches in Europe: a strip of blinding white sand lapped by shallow, transparent turquoise water, with the 16th century Torre della Pelosa watching over the bay and the island of Asinara on the horizon.
